Tracking showers and a quiet stretch of weather ahead
TODAY: Tuesday is a cloudy and cool day, with winds from the northwest through the day. Clouds will bring scattered showers on and off through the day. This will keep temperatures falling through the day, into the 40s this afternoon. Wind chills may be in the 30s by noon. Winds are sustained from the northwest at 10-15 mph, and may gust to 30 mph.
TONIGHT: Temperatures fall into the 30s overnight, with clouds sticking around.
EXTENDED: The low tied to Monday's storms and Tuesday's showers will sit just to our east as it deepens, keeping clouds and possibly a few showers in the forecast on Thursday. In fact, as temperatures fall into the low 30s early Thursday, we may see a few flurries in our eastern counties. No impacts are expected. Highs reach to near 50 Thursday afternoon, before climbing to near 60 on Friday. We're spring like and sunny to kick off the weekend, with highs in the 60s, but shower chances return Sunday and Monday.
