Tracking a dry pattern, with chances for rain midweek and this weekend

TONIGHT: Temperatures will fall efficiently overnight as we end the day dry and clear. Expect 70s by 9-10 p.m. and temperatures in the low 60s and upper 50s by early Tuesday morning. Dewpoints will have fallen into the 40s, so fog is looking unlikely.

TOMORROW: Starting cool, we won't waste any time warming up. Expect to be near 80 again by 10 a.m. Temperatures are likely to reach 90 again Tuesday afternoon, with sunshine and dry air in place.

EXTENDED: A weak cold front will arrive to our northeast Wednesday morning. This will pass Through the day, keeping isolated to scattered thunderstorms in the forecast throughout the day. This won't be a washout scenario, but chances will linger into early Thursday morning. Currently, widespread totals look to remain less than a quarter of an inch. This will keep temperatures somewhat cooler, in the mid-80s. Still, highs in the mid-80s both Wednesday and Thursday will keep us near or just warmer than normal, so a meaningful cool down is not expected. Thursday ends dry, and we're dry on Friday, but rain chances return this weekend. Scattered showers and storms are possible both Saturday and Sunday thanks to an upper level pattern change. After days in the upper 80s on Friday and Saturday, Sunday currently looks a bit cooler, with rain keeping us in the low 80s for highs.
