Tracking Monday showers and storms

Tonight: Showers and storms will continue to push to the southeast with a few isolated showers remaining along or south of I-44. Overnight lows cool to just above 70 degrees with winds out of the southwest.

Tomorrow: A few isolated storms will begin to the southeast of I-44 by the early morning hours. As noon approaches, scattered storms will begin to form throughout Central Missouri. After 3 PM, a new line of more widespread showers and storms will begin to form ahead of an approaching cold front from the northwest. The main threats with these storms will be winds up to 60 mph and large hail up to 1" in diameter. The storms will persist throughout the evening and overnight hours on Monday.

Extended: Showers and storms will push to the southeast by Tuesday mornings commute. Winds will begin to switch back out of the northwest leading to afternoon highs back into the mid-80's. Skies remain mostly clear this week with drier conditions heading into next weekend.
