Tracking partly cloudy skies before a sunny and warmer weekend ahead

Today: Temperatures hit a wall thanks to the passing of this mornings cold front keeping them into the lower '60s this afternoon. Skies remain mostly cloudy throughout the day with winds out of the north at 8-12 mph.

Tonight: Clouds begin to push to the east this evening following the past low pressure we see Thursday night. Overnight lows drop to the upper '40s as the wind remain out of the north at 5 mph.

Extended: Saturday and Sunday bring plenty of sunshine this weekend thanks to a incoming high pressure system. By Sunday temperatures near 80 degrees making for a beautiful day to go out for Mother's Day. Temperatures continue to remain well-above average next week topping out near 90 by Tuesday and Wednesday. Next week we will see dryer conditions.
