Tracking a warmer pattern that looks to make up for the past few weeks

TONIGHT

With some folks finally seeing breaks in the clouds, sunshine will try to help melt some snow and ice today. Still, it will have to fight a stubborn low level cloud deck that keeps us partly to mostly cloudy this afternoon. In addition to this, incoming mid to high level clouds will further obscure the sky today. This and a north wind keeps temperatures in the mid 20's this afternoon.

SATURDAY

Saturday is our first real meaningful step towards warmer weather. Still cooler than average, we warm into the low 40's under more sunshine and a southwest wind.

EXTENDED

50’s are returning Sunday. This pattern sets us up for prolonged warmth as we’ll manage to hang on to the mid to upper 50’s for much of next week with a few of us cracking 60. It also looks to stay quiet as well, with rain chances holding off until the very end of next week.
