Tracking frigid temperatures and another round of snow

Today: A nice change in pace for Central Missouri weather as warm southerly flowing winds and sunshine help warm us into the mid-'40s. Winds remain gusty sustained at 15-20 mph.

Tonight: A cold front slides in from the northwest late tonight helping aid a cooldown with lows back into the lower '20s. Winds slowly shift back from the northwest with partly cloudy skies.

Extended: Another low-pressure system moves in just south of Missouri allowing for chances of accumulating snow Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The highest chances of seeing snow will be along or just south of the I-70 corridor with 1-2" expected. Thursday and Friday mornings windchills will be dangerously low into the negative teens. We then warm back up heading off into the upcoming weekend.
