Tracking continued rain through Friday, gorgeous Halloween weekend

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy with continued showers. Lows in the upper 40s.

TOMORROW: Cloudy with scattered to widespread showers. Breezy with northeast wind gusts up to 30 mph. Highs in the upper 40s to around 50.

EXTENDED: Rain has settled in and we'll have to get used to it through mid-Friday with low pressure churning over the area. Expect wet roads tonight through Friday morning, with clouds holding on for most of Friday into early Saturday morning. Rain amounts will range from about 1-2" before coming to an end. We're clearing out just in time for the weekend with sunshine and highs in the upper 50s to around 60 during the day, with lower 40s for lows. Trick or treating weather will be great with temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s as the sun goes down, but dry. Next week is certainly feeling more like November with a northwesterly upper air pattern aloft, sending cooler than average temperatures in all week. Highs struggle to reach 50 degrees, and we could see another disturbance bring rain Tuesday into Wednesday. A push of cold air will settle in toward the back half of the week, allowing temperatures to drop into the mid-30s by Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. We might have a few areas with patchy frost by mid-late week!
