Tracking Scattered showers with warmer weather

Today: Temperatures continue to slightly increase to a high of 73 with winds out of the northeast at 5-10 mph. Scattered showers move in from the east.

Tonight: Showers die out early into the evening with mostly cloudy skies and an overnight low of 59 degrees.

Extended: Wednesday, Central Missouri will see more scattered showers with the possibility of a few weak thunderstorms. The high tops out at 72 degrees and showers once again die out into the early evening hours. Thursday will be similar to Tuesday, but temperatures begin to warm as winds shift from the south. A high-pressure system to the north of Missouri will allow for mostly sunny sky conditions on Friday and Saturday with temperatures warming into the mid-'80s.
