Tracking mild temperatures Thursday, rain by the weekend

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cool with lows in the mid-30s.

TOMORROW: Increasing clouds and a bit more mild with highs in the upper 50s to around 60.

EXTENDED: After a wind shift back to the south on Thursday, another weak front moves through the region Thursday night, increasing northwest winds and dropping temperatures into the upper 20s by Friday morning, making for a chilly end to the work week. We stay dry on Friday, but our next system approaches from the southwest on Friday night, bringing rain to the area through Saturday. Rain amounts through the end of the event on Saturday night will range from 0.5" to 1". We stay seasonable Sunday through early next week with temperatures near average in the mid-upper 50s and very little precipitation.
