Tracking more sunshine, late week warm up

TONIGHT: Becoming mostly cloudy and cooler. Lows in the low to mid-50s. There could be some patchy fog early Thursday, but it diminishes fairly quickly.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and warmer with highs in the upper 70s.

EXTENDED: Clouds finally exit, leaving us with more sunshine to close out the week. Upper level high pressure begins to build Thursday through Saturday as temperatures warm into the mid-upper 80s by the middle of the weekend. Another cold front arrives late Saturday, cooling temperatures back into the upper 70s to around 80 for Sunday, along with a few showers early. We start off next week around 80, but a blast of cooler fall air slides south from Canada by Tuesday into Wednesday. We'll see high temperatures fall into the mid-60s to around 70, with highs around or just below 50 with a continued dry pattern.
