Tracking another nice week with minimal rain

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds and cool. Lows in the mid-50s.

TOMORROW: Partly cloudy and mild. Highs in the upper 70s.

EXTENDED: Low pressure in the upper levels of the atmosphere starts to move our way by mid-week, interacting with moisture leftover from Tropical Storm Beta to our south. This will trigger showers across southern Missouri on Wednesday, with the potential for rain to drift as far north as I-70. Clouds will likely stick around through part of Thursday, keeping temperatures in the upper 70s. We warm up into the low 80s for the end of the week into the weekend as high pressure builds in, but another cold front moves in late on Saturday into Sunday, bringing another chance for showers and cooler temperatures to Mid-Missouri for the weekend. Highs will be in the upper 70s on Sunday into Monday with lows remaining in the low to mid-50s.
