Rain moving out into the afternoon

THIS AFTERNOON: Morning thunderstorms will continue to diminish through the afternoon hours. Clouds look like they'll stick around into the evening commute before starting to thin out. Temperatures are expected to rise into the low to mid 80s.

TONIGHT: A few storms are possible again tonight, but many of us look to stay dry. Overnight lows will fall into the low 70’s.

EXTENDED:  Rain chances are expected to start thinning out over the next several day, but spotty afternoon storms each day can't be completely ruled out. We're expecting to remain hot and humid through the holiday weekend-- for the most part staying dry.
