Sunny Start to Thanksgiving Week

TONIGHT: Lows in the mid to upper 30's with a light wind. We'll see mostly clear skies.

TOMORROW: Temperatures stay warm with highs in the low 60's. We'll see lots of sunshine to start our workweek.

EXTENDED: Our next strong storm system approaches by Tuesday, bringing showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms to Mid-Missouri by afternoon into the evening. The cooler air from this cold front will settle in on Wednesday, where we'll see highs in the mid-40's. Wednesday night into Thursday, temperatures drop to near freezing and we'll closely monitor our next system that will bring a wintry mix to northern parts of the state, and rain to the south. The track of this system will determine what type of precipitation we'll see on Thanksgiving, so stay with us as we closely track that system. We begin to warm again Friday into Saturday with more rain likely.
