COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

People around the country were able to see a solar eclipse on Monday.

View photos of some of the scenes from Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and Carbondale, Illinois, which were both in the path of totality. Photos of the view of the eclipse from Columbia were submitted by a viewer.
