More details emerge in Monday morning’s shooting that sent one to hospital with life-threatening injuries

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Charges have been filed against two people in connection to a Columbia shooting.

25-year-old Elizabeth Dye is accused of armed criminal action, robbery and assault.

According to court documents, she is homeless and was staying at the victim's home in the 200 block of Orchard Court as a guest.

Police say she shot at the victim at least three times, hitting her twice.

Before reportedly going thru her things and stealing a rare coin.

Lucas Harper

Officers were last reporting the victim in critical condition however, no condition update or name has been released.

Dye is expected to make her first court appearance tomorrow.

The Boone County Prosecutor's office has also charged 34-year-old Lucas Harper with tampering with physical evidence.

He's accused of trying to help hide the victim.
