Chiefs head to Super Bowl LVII after game-winning drive vs. Bengals

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Kansas City Chiefs are heading to Super Bowl LVII after a game-winning drive to secure a 23-20 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. KC will be in the Super Bowl for the third time in four years.

The Chiefs got off to an early lead, but the Bengals managed to tie it up at 20 to start the fourth quarter. Kansas City put together game-winning drive led by Patrick Mahomes that led to a field goal for the win.

Mahomes finished the day with 326 yards and two touchdowns. His favorite target on the day was Marquez Valdes-Scantling with six catches, 116 yards and a score.

The Chiefs defense came up big with five sacks, six tackles for loss and two interceptions.

The Chiefs will meet the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl in Glendale, Arizona on Feb. 12 at 5:30 p.m.
