BRONX, NY. (KMIZ)

After losing the first three games on the road to the Yankees, Kansas City knocked off New York in the final game of the series 8-6.

The Royals got off to a 4-0 lead, but the Yankees reclaimed the lead in the seventh with a three-run homer from Anthony Rizzo.

Rizzo isn't the only one smashing homers as Salvador Perez returned from the injured list this series and thankfully so, because his three-run shot put the game away in the ninth.

Perez led things at the plate with three RBI's and Nick Pratto added two.

Zack Greinke started things on the mound giving up three earned runs on five hits in five innings.
