Mizzou returns to AP rankings at No. 25 ahead of bowl selection

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

After finishing the regular season 8-4, the Mizzou football team landed at No. 25 in the final AP Top 25 of the regular season.

In the season finale, Mizzou's offense put on a show against Arkansas to secure the team's fourth consecutive Battle Line Rivalry win. Ahmad Hardy finished the game with 157 rushing yards, his eighth time picking up more than 100 in a game this year. Jamal Roberts also reached the century mark, with the Tigers finishing the game with 322 yards on the ground in the 31-17 victory.

Sitting at No. 25, MU is the only ranked team with four losses, and is one of eight SEC teams.
