Mizzou falls four spots in latest AP Top-25

Mizzou Football took a slight tumble in the Associated Press (AP) Poll.

The Tigers (6-2) slipped to No. 19 in the newest rankings, following its seven-point loss to Vanderbilt (7-1) at FirstBank Stadium. Despite the four-spot slide, MU has been ranked in the top-20 of the poll in six straight weeks.

Collectively, Mizzou is among nine Southeastern Conference (SEC) teams represented in the AP Poll, all of which are listed in the top-20 of the rankings. Five of those nine schools are present in the top-10.

The Tigers will take advantage of some timely rest and recovery over its second bye week before preparing to host Texas A&M on Saturday, Nov. 8. Kickoff time is still to be determined.
