Mizzou leaps five spots in newest AP Top-25

Mizzou has cracked the top-15 in the Associated Press (AP) Top-25 rankings.

Despite enjoying a bye week, The Tigers (5-0) checked in at No. 14 in the latest AP Poll, representing the team's highest ranking and biggest jump on the list this season. It also marks the fourth straight week that MU has rose in the rankings since joining the AP Top-25 in Week 3.

The Tigers are one of eight SEC teams represented in the top-15 of the latest set of rankings.

No. 14 Mizzou resumes its 2025 season on Saturday, Oct. 11 with a top-15 showdown against No. 8 Alabama. The Tigers will hunt for their first win over the Crimson Tide since 1975 when kickoff arrives at 11 a.m.
