Three recruits, three days: Mizzou extends winning streak on recruiting trail
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
For a third consecutive day, Eli Drinkwitz and his coaching staff have added a four-star prospect to their 2025 recruiting class.
Offensive tackle Lamont Rogers announced live on social media that he is committing to Mizzou over Oklahoma, Texas and Texas A&M. He held offers from 37 college football programs.
The 6-foot-7, 305-pound recruit is rated as a four-star prospect by all four major recruiting services. According to On3's industry rankings, which calculates its ranking based on the ratings from the four major recruiting sites, Rogers is listed as the No. 60-best overall prospect in the entire 2025 class, the No. 7-best offensive tackle in the nation and the No. 12-best recruit from the state of Texas.
After locking in Rogers' commitment, Mizzou's 2025 recruiting class is now ranked No. 15 in the country and No. 8 in the SEC by On3. The Tigers now have 15 total commitments, and nine of them are rated as a four-star recruit or better, based on On3's industry rankings.
Plus, two more Mizzou recruiting targets are expected to announce their commitments over the next four days: three-star offensive lineman Keiton Jones and four-star defensive back Charles Bass.
