Two recruits, two days: Mizzou lands another four-star wide receiver commit
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
On back-to-back days, Eli Drinkwitz and his coaching staff have added another highly sought-after playmaker for their wide receiver room. Consensus four-star prospect Donovan Olugbode announced he is committing to Mizzou over Washington, Oregon, USC and Florida.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound wide receiver received 25 total offers from college football programs across the country. According to On3's industry rankings, which calculates its ranking based on ratings from all four major recruiting services, Olugbode is considered the No. 13 ranked wide receiver in the entire 2025 class, the No. 12 ranked recruit from the state of Florida and the No. 89 prospect in the nation. The IMG Academy standout is even ranked as highly as the country's No. 59-best recruit by Rivals.
During his junior season, Olugbode posted 31 receptions for 561 yards and five touchdowns while playing an undefeated national schedule with IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
Mizzou's newest commit became the second wide receiver in as many days to join the Tigers. Four-star prospect Jayvan Boggs, who's listed as the No. 30 ranked wide receiver recruit in the nation, committed to Mizzou on Thursday.
Drinkwitz's 2025 class has now reached 14 total commitments, and eight of those prospects are rated as four-star recruits or higher. On3 ranks Mizzou's 2025 recruiting class at No. 17 in the country and No. 9 in the SEC.
