RECAP: Mizzou wins second straight Battle Line Trophy to end regular season
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KMIZ)
The Mizzou football team closed out its regular season with a 48-14 rivalry win over Arkansas that was filled with achievements. The Tigers clinched their first 10-win season since 2014, captured the Battle Line Trophy for a second straight year and now await their bowl game destination.
"We're America's team. We're a team built on underdogs. We're a team built on young men with something to prove," Mizzou football coach Eli Drinkwitz said after the win over Arkansas. "We're the story that people should be really proud to be behind, and I'm just proud to coach this football team."
Mizzou will find out where the team will be going bowling on Sunday, Dec. 3 at 11 a.m.
