ESPN releases start times and windows for 2025 Mizzou football season

The Mizzou football team has a rough outline of what the 2025 campaign will look like, after ESPN released its television start times and window assignments for the upcoming season, on Wednesday.

Each Southeastern Conference-controlled event is given a window of time it will fall in. You can find a description of those below.

  • Early: game will start between 11 a.m. - Noon CT
  • Afternoon: game will start between 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. CT
  • Night: game will start between 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. CT
  • Flex: game will start between 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. CT

Head coach Eli Drinkwitz and company already know the start times for the first three games of the season, kicking off against Central Arkansas on Aug. 28 at 6:30 p.m., Kansas on Sept. 6 at 2:30 p.m. and Louisiana on Sept. 13 at 3 p.m.

As for the SEC-controlled matchups, the Tigers were given two morning kickoffs and quite a few flex designations. You can find a full look at Mizzou's schedule below.

  • Thursday, Aug. 28 vs. Central Arkansas - 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 6 vs. Kansas - 2:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 13 vs. Louisiana - 3 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 20 vs. South Carolina - Flex
  • Saturday, Sept. 27 vs. Massachusetts - Night
  • Saturday, Oct. 11 vs. Alabama - 11 a.m. CT (ABC or ESPN)
  • Saturday, Oct. 18 at Auburn - Flex
  • Saturday, Oct. 25 at Vanderbilt - Flex
  • Saturday, Nov. 8 vs. Texas A&M - Flex
  • Saturday, Nov. 15 vs. Mississippi State - Night
  • Saturday, Nov. 22 at Oklahoma - 11 a.m. CT (ABC or ESPN)
  • Saturday, Nov. 29 at Arkansas - Night

The exact start times within each window will be determined throughout the 2025 football season, with the start time and TV designation announced 12 days prior to each kickoff.
