Mara Titarsolej posts 9.6625 at NCAA National Semifinals

FORT WORTH, Texas (KMIZ)

The 2023-24 Mizzou Gymnastics season wrapped up on Thursday night with the program's lone individual competitor making her debut at the NCAA National Semifinals.

Mara Titarsolej ended a stellar first season with the Tigers by taking the national stage and scoring a 9.6625 on the bars at Dickies Arena. Titarsolej's score ranked No. 27 out of 28 competitors in NCAA Semifinal II.

The Netherlands native became Mizzou's first-ever individual qualifier for the NCAA National Semifinals on the bars and just the 14th gymnast in program history to qualify individually for the national semifinal round.

Titarsolej finishes her debut season at Mizzou as the SEC's co-champion on bars, a WCGA Regular Season Second Team All-American and an NCAA National Semifinal qualifier. During the 2023-24 season, she held the anchor position of Mizzou's bars lineup in all 14 meets, recording eight routines of 9.900 or better including the program's first perfect score on bars in program history at the Zou to the Lou Quad on Feb. 16.
