Masters live updates | 2nd round resumes under cold drizzle
AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) — The second round of the Masters resumed Saturday after storms brought down three pine trees the previous day and ground it to a halt. Brooks Koepka has the clubhouse lead at 12 under with Jon Rahm among those giving chase. Tiger Woods has seven holes left in his second round and is at 2 over, just inside the cut line. The five-time Masters champion is trying to make his 23rd consecutive cut at Augusta National, tying the record shared by Gary Player and Fred Couples. Woods has never missed one at the Masters as a professional. Also in contention is U.S. Amateur champion Sam Bennett, who finished his second round and is 8 under. That’s the second-best 36-hole score by an amateur behind only Ken Venturi in 1956.
