Heat 3-point shooting has gone ice cold, in a major drop-off

MIAMI (AP) — The Miami Heat were the NBA’s best 3-point shooting team last season at 38%. They have fallen all the way to 28th this season from deep at 33%. And no team in the NBA is scoring fewer points per game than the Heat. These are all troubling signs for a team that’s trying to get out of the play-in portion of the standings and make a playoff push with 19 games remaining.
