CLINTON, S.C. — Led by Justin Bailey’s 14 points, the South Carolina Upstate Spartans defeated the Presbyterian Blue Hose 59-57 on Wednesday night. The Spartans are now 14-14 on the season, while the Blue Hose moved to 5-25.
