Calmese’s late 3 gets Lamar past Nicholls State 69-66

BEAUMONT, Texas — Nate Calmese scored 20 points and made a 3-pointer with 1.3 seconds left to give Lamar a 69-66 victory over Nicholls State. The Cardinals improved to 5-12 with the win and the Colonels fell to 7-9.
