FCS title tilt is battle of Dakotas: ‘Tired of the Bison’

South Dakota State fans are relishing the opportunity for their Jackrabbits to play North Dakota State for the Football Championship Subdivision title in Frisco, Texas, on Sunday. The schools are separated by 190 miles and their rivalry dates to the 1920s. North Dakota State is playing for its 10th FCS title in 12 years. South Dakota State is playing for its first. Jackrabbits fans are optimistic because their team has won the past three meetings with the Bison. Lisa Braun is a Jacks fan from Rosholt, South Dakota. She said she and other fans are tired of the Bison’s dominance.
