Bailey’s 19 lead George Mason over Tulane 62-56

CHICAGO — Led by Victor Bailey Jr.’s 19 points, the George Mason Patriots defeated the Tulane Green Wave 62-56 on Saturday night. The Patriots improved to 7-4 with the victory and the Green Wave fell to 6-4.
