Howard earns 71-59 victory against Florida International

WASHINGTON — Led by Jordan Wood’s 15 points, the Howard Bison defeated the Florida International Panthers 71-59 on Tuesday night. The Bison improved to 5-8 with the win and the Panthers fell to 4-5.
