Mizzou football announces new merchandise partner

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Tiger Team Store will be operated by Follett Higher Education for the new year.

Mizzou athletics announced on June 25 that the Tiger Team store would be operated by Follet starting on July 1, 2026.

The new agreement coincides with the opening of a new and expanded Tiger Team Store inside the new North End Zone of Memorial Stadium. Follett will operate all locations at the football stadium, as well as at Mizzou Areba, the Hearnes Center, and other Mizzou Athletics venues on game days. The main Team Store will also have regular weekday business hours.

Mizzou athletics saw nearly a $150,000 drop from the 2024 fiscal year to the 2025 one, according to a records report acquired by ABC 17. The Tiger Team store brought in nearly $1.4 million in sales over the past 12 months, highlighted by its highest grossing month in the past five years. However, outside of football season, 2025 saw some of the slowest offseason totals in the last half decade.

The new partnership with Follett aims to build a strong partnership, while creating new retail opportunities and potential long term growth, according to a release form the University.

A new Team Store location will be announced by the school as construction progress and occupancy timelines are finalized.
