The Southeastern Conference's coaches believe that the Mizzou football has six players that were among the best in the league in the 2025 season.

On Tuesday, the SEC announced that running back Ahmad Hardy, offensive lineman Keagen Trost, defensive end Zion Young, linebacker Josiah Trotter, offensive lineman Cayden Green and defensive end Damon Wilson II were all included in All-SEC selections.

You can find a breakdown of where those Tigers landed in the lists below.

FIRST TEAM ALL-SEC

  • RB Ahmad Hardy
  • OL Keagen Trost
  • DE Zion Young
  • LB Josiah Trotter

SECOND TEAM ALL-SEC

  • OL Cayden Green
  • DE Damon Wilson II

Hardy's First Team selection comes as now surprise to anyone who watched him in his debut season as a Tiger. After leading the country in rushing yards per game (130.0 YPG) and ranking second nationally in total rushing yards (1,560), Hardy has been named as one of three finalists for the Doak Walker Award. That honor will be given to the most outstanding running back in all of college football.

The sophomore produced eight 100-yard games for Mizzou and just the sixth 300-yard rushing performance in Southeastern Conference history in MU's win against Mississippi State in November. He also found end zone at an elite rate, as he ranks fourth in the country with 16 rushing touchdowns.

One of the big reasons Hardy found success was his offensive line.

Trost, who played at right tackle for that front five, is the top-graded offensive lineman in all of college football this season, according to Pro Football Focus. That publication also graded him as the NCAA's top run-blocker.

The Illinois native only gave up two sacks all season and helped Mizzou with the nation's No. 8 rushing attack, as the Tigers averaged about 234 yards per game on the ground in the regular-season.

Young has made an impression in Columbia in more ways than one. Outside of his boisterous personality, which took the nation by storm, he also created quite a bit of havoc on the field for defensive coordinator Corey Batoon.

The pass rusher lived in the backfield in 2025. He totaled 15.0 tackles for loss, which ranks No. 13 nationally and No. 3 in the SEC. He added on 6.5 sacks and 12 quarterback hurries, as well.

Trotter, a former freshman All-American who transferred in from West Virginia, lived up to all the hype.

He was a mainstay on the Tiger defense in his first season in Columbia, racking up a team-best 84 tackles (43 solo), 13.0 tackles for loss and a pair of sacks. Pro Football Focus credits Trotter with the country's No. 6 rush defense grade nationally among linebackers.

The Second Team honorees made just as much of an impact, in 2025.

Green changed positions to help his team this season, moving from left guard to left tackle. The junior acclimated quickly, allowing just two sacks and seven total pressures through the entire season, according to Pro Football Focus.

Wilson was the other half of Mizzou's dynamic duo of defensive ends.

The Georgia transfer caused some chaos of his own in the backfield, picking up 9.0 sacks, 12 quarterback hurries and even one interception. Those nine sacks ranks third in the SEC and 16th nationally.

They'll all get one more chance to play in the 2025 edition of the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl on Dec. 27. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. CT at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla.
