COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Mizzou football's sellout streak extending to a total of 19 games by the end of the 2025 season, now all hinges on one matchup: the Nov. 8 meeting with No. 6 Texas A&M.

On Wednesday, Tiger Athletics announced that the head coach Eli Drinkwitz and company's Nov. 15 senior night game against Mississippi State is the seventh sellout of the year.

MU has already played in front of a full capacity stadium in wins versus Central Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, South Carolina and Massachusetts in the Tigers' undefeated start to the season. The team will also play in front of a sold out crowd for the upcoming showdown against No. 10 Alabama, which was actually the first game fans sold out before the seasons started.

Coach Drinkwitz broke the program record for sellout streaks a while ago, as the previous longest was 10-straight games from 1978 to 1979. But now, the current sellout streak is the longest in program history.

Up next - No. 21 Mizzou football will enjoy its first bye week of the season on Saturday. Then, the Tigers will return to action at Memorial Stadium against the Crimson Tide on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 11 a.m.
