Former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson and social media influencer turned fighter Jake Paul faced off Friday in a highly anticipated and historic boxing match.
Tyson had not boxed in a professional bout in decades and Paul is a newcomer to the sport who is yet to test himself against major competition. Paul won easily after the fight went the distance, taking the victory by unanimous decision.
It was the first event of its kind to be shown on a streaming service -- which itself led to problems with buffering. But tens of millions reportedly watched.
