Mizzou football drops to No. 7 in AP Top-25 after win over Boston College

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Despite a Top-25 win at Faurot Field, the Mizzou football team dropped one spot in the latest AP Poll, on Sunday. The Tigers are now ranked No. 7 in the nation after topping then-No. 24 Boston College.

The Eagles dropped out of the Top-25 altogether after losing to head coach Eli Drinkwitz and company, 27-21.

The Tennessee Volunteers jumped MU in the rankings after routing unranked Kent State, 71-0. You can find a full look at the Top-10 below.

Mizzou will begin SEC action on Saturday, Sept. 21 at Faurot Field, when the Vanderbilt Commodores come to Columbia. Kickoff is slated for 3:15 p.m.
