Mizzou sells out majority of home games for 2024 season
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Memorial Stadium is set to have zero empty seats when Boston College visits Columbia in two weeks. Mizzou Athletics announced on Saturday that Sept. 14's game against the Eagles is officially sold-out.
MU has now sold-out four of the football team's seven games at Faurot Field this season, including Oklahoma, Auburn and Murray State.
Dating back to the 2023 campaign, Mizzou extended its sellout streak to six straight games after Thursday night's season opener. 62,621 fans were in attendance for that game against Murray State, marking the sixth largest season-opening crowd in program history.
The Tigers are still hoping for a sellout crowd when the team meets Buffalo on Sept. 7 to extend its streak to seven straight sold-out games. MU Athletics said in a press release that limited tickets are still available for next Saturday's game, along with Mizzou's SEC opener on Sept. 21 against Vanderbilt and Battle Line Rivalry game on Nov. 30 against Arkansas.
