COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Rain or shine, you can count on one thing: the Mizzou football team will be practicing.

Just as that rainy practice began, the Associated Press released the preseason rankings for the 2024 campaign and MU came in a No. 11. Of course, the ranking comes on the heels of Mizzou went 11-2 and won the Cotton Bowl in 2023.

It's the first time since 2015, when the group was ranked No. 24, that the Tigers have been included in the preseason AP Top-25.
