The 2024 Olympics begin in a couple of weeks and there will be some Mid-Missouri representatives in Paris.
Former University of Missouri distance runner Karissa Schweizer will be on the Olympic roster in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs. Former MU wrestler J’den Cox was recently announced as a coach for USA wrestling.
And then Simone Biles is leading the women’s gymnastics team and the men’s basketball team will feature LeBron James and Stephen Curry.
