St. Louis Blues release full 2024-25 slate

KMIZ

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMIZ)

The St. Louis Blues released the full schedule for the upcoming 2024-25 campaign on Tuesday afternoon. The regular season will kickoff on Oct. 8 against the Seattle Kraken, as the Note will start on a three-game road trip.

The home opener, at the Enterprise Center, will be on Oct. 15 versus the Minnesota Wild.

The 2024-25 season includes one date that fans should highlight, ahead of time. St. Louis will face the Chicago Blackhawks in the NHL Winter Classic at Wrigley Field on Dec. 31. In addition that big rivalry meeting, STL will have four matchups with the Utah Hockey Club and then 26 meetings with Central Division rivals.

The biggest change coming to the Blues' 2024-25 slate is the adjustment of its nine Saturday home games to a 6 p.m. start time. The club said that that time change, to one hour earlier than normal, came as a result of fan feedback.

Another change to note is that instead of the annual NHL All-Star Game, the NHL will have a 4 Nations Face-Off event. The best players from the United States, Canada, Sweden and Finland will all go head-to-head from Feb. 9 through Feb. 21.
