Mizzou hoops remains undefeated on the road with win over Pitt in ACC/SEC Challenge
PITTSBURGH, Pa.
The Mizzou men's basketball team remained undefeated on the road in the inaugural ACC/SEC Challenge out in the Steel City, on Tuesday night. The Tigers got past the Pitt Panthers 71-64 to improve to 6-2 to start the year.

East, once again, led the scoring attack for coach Gates. East finished with a team-high 21 points. However, multiple Tigers got into double digit scoring, including Noah Carter, Tamar Bates and Caleb Grill.
7-foot-5 center Connor Vanover also had his best outing, so far, in a Tiger uniform. He finished with a season-best six points in 20 minutes of action.
Up next - Mizzou will return home to host Wichita State on Sunday, Dec. 3. Tip off is at 2 p.m. at the Arena.
