KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs have reportedly come to an agreement on a restructured deal, on Monday. The new deal will give the reigning MVP the most money in NFL history over a four-season span, which was first reported by ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.

Mahomes' deal will give him $210.6 million between 2023 and 2026 and his compensation for those years is now guaranteed, as well. The two-time Super Bowl winner will earn about $52.65 million per year, as a result.

Schefter's report also said that Mahomes and KC will plan on re-visiting the agreement, following the 2026 season.
