Mizzou defensive lineman earns SEC weekly honors

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Mizzou defensive end Nyles Gaddy was named the SEC co-defensive lineman of the week on Monday, after a multi-sack game against Middle Tennessee.

The Jackson State transfer recorded three total tackles, two for a loss, as well as two sacks on Saturday night. It is the second multi-sack game of his career, but the first in a Tiger uniform.

Gaddy and MU will be back in action on Saturday, Sept. 16 in a sellout game against No. 15 Kansas State at Faurot Field.
