AFC Columbia women’s team still in search of first win after Saturday’s loss

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

It's the first year for the AFC Columbia women's soccer team in Columbia. The team is still in search of its first win of the season after a 4-0 loss Saturday against the Kansas City Courage.

Three first-half goals provided the difference for KC to beat AFC for the second time this season.

Columbia sits at 0-5 on the season. They play next on June 17 at R Marvin Owens Field at 3 p.m. against Sunflower State FC.
