2024 quarterback de-commits from Mizzou

OMAHA, Neb. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou football team lost a commitment in the class of 2024 on Friday afternoon. Three-star quarterback Daniel Kaelin announced that he will be de-commiting from MU.

He first committed to head coach Eli Drinkwitz and the Tigers in March of 2023.

The 6-foot-2, Nebraska-born QB is notably fielding an offer from Matt Rhule and the Cornhuskers, as well. The de-commitment comes after Rhule lost out on fellow Nebraska-native Dylan Raiola. The five-star quarterback committed to Georgia over Nebraska, on Monday.

As for Mizzou, Kaelin's de-commitment means the class of 2024 is down to just two names: tight end Whit Hafer and offensive tackle Ryan Jostes.
