KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Kansas City Chiefs traded up 15 spots with the Minnesota Vikings in order to pick up Virginia Tech defensive back Chamarri Conner with the 119th overall pick.

KC sent pick No. 135 in this year's draft and a fifth-round pick in the 2024 Draft to the Vikings on Saturday.

In return, general manager Brett Veach selected a standout DB to add to a stacked Chiefs defense. Conner totaled 314 tackles in his Hokie career, he also tacked on 21 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, four interceptions and 19 pass breakups.
