WATCH: Kansas City hosts Chiefs Super Bowl victory parade

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

Kansas City Chiefs fans began lining up early Wednesday along the parade route that will take their favorite team through the city to celebrate a Super Bowl victory.

The parade is scheduled to start at noon, with a celebration at the end of the parade route.

The Kansas City Police Department says there will be hundreds of officers patrolling the parade. Nineteen local, state and federal agencies will be among those guarding the area.
