Mizzou hoops gets back in the win column taking down No. 25 Arkansas

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou men's basketball team got back in the win column Wednesday night at home taking down No. 25 Arkansas Razorbacks 79-76.

Mizzou struggling to get on the board early, but got back in the game to trail by one at the half 35-34. The second half was all about foul shots as both teams stayed neck-and-neck to the very end.

Rock Bridge alum Isiaih Mosley found his way to the the court against the Hogs for his first time in nearly one month finishing his SEC debut with eight points and two steals.

Kobe Brown led the Tigers with 17 points and six rebounds. DeAndre Gholston added 16 points scoring his 1,000th career point during the matchup and adding a team-high three assists.

The Hogs led MU on the boards 42-23. Total in the game, there were 56 total fouls with four Arkansas players fouling out of the matchup.

With the win, MU stays hot at home with an 11-1 record. Overall, the Tigers are 14-4 on the season and 3-3 in conference play.

Up next - Mizzou will host No. 4 Alabama at Saturday at 5 p.m.
