Mizzou MBB drops out of AP Top-25

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou men's basketball team fell out of the AP Top-25 on Monday, after going on 0-2 in two conference road games the week before.

The Tigers did earn three points in the poll, which ties them up with Ohio State for No. 39.

Head coach Dennis Gates and company had a tough week on the road. They lost to both Texas A&M and Florida, two unranked teams, in week 10. As a result, MU now sits at 13-4 overall and 2-3 in SEC play.

Mizzou was in the AP Top-25 for two-straight weeks, staying at No. 20 in the nation both times.

Up next - Mizzou will host No. 25 Arkansas on Wednesday night at 8:00 p.m. at Mizzou Arena.
